I have been a broker for the past 9+ years here in the Boston market. Prior to that, I was a tech engineer with a number of startups in the NYC and Boston areas. Dave is excellent. The first time we called, he answered the phone and immediately spent 20 or so minutes just learning what it was we were looking for. He was attentive through every step of the process and showed up dozens of properties before we found the one we ended up buying.
When at first we weren’t finding much, Dave started sending out letters to houses in the area asking anyone if they’d be interested in selling. The house we ended up buying wasn’t even on the market! Beyond that, once we bought the house (a two family) and realized we knew nothing about being landlords for the downstairs tenants, Dave guided us through that experience, getting rental applications, running credit histories on tenants, and getting the leases all set.
Overall, I can’t say enough about how professional and on the ball he is. Use them and you’ll get a house for sure!– John H.

I just bought a condo using David and all I can say is that he was so much more professional than every agent I ever worked with in Boston (and there have been many). He was attentive and professional through the entire process. I was stressed out because of a personal situation and he worked very hard to find the best place for me. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t waste my time showing me stuff I would never want to see. All I can say is I will definitely call him when I am ready to move again.

We worked with Dave almost exactly 5 years ago to purchase our home in the Back Bay. He was incredibly helpful and informative through the process. His knowledge of the area and the building was amazing and they kept us informed every step of the way, even at times going above and beyond checking in on our renovations as they were occurring. We have since moved in and celebrated our 5 year anniversary in our home. I at times have contacted him about other properties, and while fully aware that we are not quite ready to move, have sent all pertinent information even adding additional information regarding the properties. When we do decide to move on, he will be the first person we go to to both sell our current place and buy our new home! I highly recommend Dave!

My husband and I used Davids services to help us find our first home. Right from the start, he was friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He came with us to open houses, brought us to every listing and showing we were interested in, and even rearranged his schedule a few times to be there for us.
